This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”), is an integral part of our End User License Agreement (“EULA”) and governs the processing and transfer of personal data collected or processed by Islam Pro Studio (Ramadan Calendar). (“Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) when you access or use our mobile application or our services, all as detailed in the applicable EULA (respectively the “App” and “Service”).

The Islam Pro Studio Apps Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how your personal information and data is used, processed, disclosed, and compiled by the Islam Pro Studio Apps when you use these apps and the services we provide.

Please Note: If you or Your Legal Guardian disagree with any term provided herein, you may not install or use the apps and are requested to promptly uninstall the app from your device.

If you use the Application and related services. What Personal Information We Collect

If you have an Islam Pro Studio Apps account, we may use, process discloses, and collect the following types of personal info and personal data to provide or make available to us when using our available in-app services, including but not restricted to:

  • The personal data and information you entered or upload to the App such as your name, contact number, birth date, email address, profile picture, Video and address;

  • Your user activity, e.g., your bookmarks Quran Ayah or searches of the Qur’an Surah or Parah; and the Islamic prayer requests you post or have designated .
    Changes that you make to any of your settings.

  • Personal information and personal data that you give to third-party sites such as Google Accounts, Apple, or Facebook when you use these sites to sign up for, or log into, your Islam Pro Studio Apps account.

Facebook SDK Integration for App Promotion

Our app includes the Facebook SDK to help us understand how users interact with our app and to improve our advertising efforts. This integration allows us to track app installs and in-app events, such as level completion or in-app purchases, through Facebook’s analytics platform.

  • Data Collected: The Facebook SDK may collect limited information about your device and app usage, such as:

    • Device model and operating system

    • App installs and launches

    • In-app events

    • Aggregated and anonymized data about your app usage

Whether you have an Islam Pro App account or not, we may use, process, disclose, and collect the following types of personal information referring to your App settings and the device, including but not limited to:

Device information:

the device’s model, version, operating system, manufacturer, and App version.

App activity:

Date of App installation when you install the app, App connecting with a smartwatch, time zones, country, state, city, date of last use of the App, language, IP address, and a “ once per app installation”, session duration of the user, the name of the app user, and country of your mobile operator user, ID (which we create when you install the Application and which is then demolish when the App is deleted or uninstalled from your device); usage feature information, and the App’s free / premium status.

Prayer location information:

while you use Islam pro App to know the prayer Times then, we need to know where are you from, i.e., the city that you have manually or automatically selected, we do all of this to find latitude and longitude to calculate your location so you find exact prayer time.

If you have a login account within Islam Pro App, your latest prayer time location information will be synced across all devices associated with your log-in account.

If you do not have an account with us in the App, then the prayer time and alarm location information will be stored in your device and will not be shared with our servers and database.

Our application uses the TikTok Events SDK to measure app performance, understand user interactions, and improve advertising effectiveness.

Through this SDK, we may collect certain information automatically, including but not limited to:

  • App events (such as app installs, app opens, button clicks, and in-app actions)

  • Device information (device model, operating system, language, time zone)

  • Advertising identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID or similar identifiers)

  • IP address (used for approximate location and fraud prevention)

This data is used strictly for analytics, attribution, and ad performance measurement purposes. TikTok processes this data in accordance with its own privacy policies and applicable data protection laws.

Other geolocation information

When you use the Islam Pro App, some features Except Prayer Times (such as Qibla, Near Masjids, Halal Places, and restaurants) also require your geolocation information to find them.

Such geolocation information will always be stored on your device. This information is transmitted to our servers and database when you use such features but we will never store this.

Analytics and Crashlytics

This is the information that our analytics service providers – Google Firebase, Google Analytics for Firebase, and Google Firebase Crashlytics, Meta Analytics, App Promotion – give us.

How do we use your personal information?

The Islam Pro App may collect, process, and processed your information as needed in order to establish our contractual relationship with you, in particular:

  • Enable access to and use of the Application and / or services available through the App.

  • Sync your app settings, such as your recent location details, to all devices connected to your account.

  • Notify and notified of changes to the application, such as software updates and services, and answering your queries.

  • Enable your mobile operator, Apple App Store or Google Play Store to charge you.

Finally, the Islam Pro App may also collect, process, disclose and use your personal information in accordance with applicable laws and our legal obligations, and for any other purpose that the Islam Pro App will notify you of.

Sensitive personal information

Please note that by considering the religious status of the application, we may collect sensitive personal information about you, particularly your religious beliefs. As religious information is most sensitive. You understand that the collection and processing of such information are linked to the use of the application and the services we provide to you. Therefore, if you denied collecting such sensitive information, you will not be able to use the Application.

Who your information may be shared to?

  • We may share your personal or general information with:

    • Our service providers, such as hosting service providers e.g., Google, Firebase, Amazon etc.

  • If you use the community and Video Scroll feature in our app, some of your personal information and data (such as your name and country, and your city if you choose to display it) may be visible to other app users (if you choose to display it).

  • Google Maps API for near by places: We use Google Maps API(s) to help you use the App and its features correctly. These APIs are subject to Google’s Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy, which may be updated from time to time.

Sharing of User Information

Any information collected by Our Apps is only for improving the user experience. All information collected is encrypted through industry-standard mechanisms. Our Apps employ best practices to safeguard user information from unauthorized visibility/ access. In certain cases, Our Apps may disclose user information to 3rd parties for advertising purposes. Our Apps use advertisement campaigns in a manner as not to reveal the personal information of the users while providing a tailored advertisement to suit user requirements. In case of legal action, Our Apps may be obliged to disclose user information to third parties against some malicious acts on part of the user. Our App advises its users to take necessary precautions when sharing information with unknown 3rd parties.

How long do we store your information?

When you come and register or login into an account on the Islam Pro App using a google account or app account, your account information that you login and data including your App settings, adjustments, and preferences are stored for as long as you use the Islam pro App, and it will be archived for applicable limitation periods.

If your account of Islam Pro is not active for one year, you will get an alert message to ask if you wish to maintain your app account; otherwise, we will delete all of your personal information if you do not reply to us within 16-20 days.

All work information in the application will usually be deleted after 14 months unless required by law to store or retain such information, except that during this time, such data may be stored for certain purposes especially in the event of a dispute.

If you have an account with us in the App and are using the Prayer Times alarm feature, we will only store the latest prayer location information to sync with the devices you have connected to your Islam Pro App account. We will delete all previous prayer location details that you have.

We do not store your prayer location information if you have not created/registered an account with us.

We never store any location information used by other app features such as Qibla, Halal Locations, or Masjid Finder.

How do we protect your information?

We have a list of security measures in place to protect and prevent the loss or misuse of your personal information. We will do our best to protect all of your personal information, but we will not guarantee of complete protection because this information is transmitted online.

What are my rights regarding my information processing?

User Rights to Correct Personal Data
As part of your privacy rights, you have the right to request the correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data we collect. You can anytime reject the changes in the app and policy but it might possible you may no longer be able to use some of the App’s features or the App altogether.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions:

If you purchase an auto-renewing periodic subscription through the Service, your Islam Pro Studio account will be billed continuously for the subscription until you terminate it as set forth below. After your initial subscription period, and again after any subsequent subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew for an additional equivalent period. If you do not wish your subscription to renew automatically, or if you want to change or terminate your subscription, you will need to log in to your Islam Pro Studio account and follow instructions to terminate or change your subscription, even if you have deleted your account.

In the Service, you may purchase, with your country currency, a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use (a) “virtual currency,” including but not limited to virtual gems, solely for use in the Service, and (b) “virtual in-app items” (together with “virtual currency,” “Virtual Items”). You are allowed to purchase Virtual Items through the Service, and not in any other way.

Islam Pro Studio may manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate Virtual Items at any time, with or without notice. Islam Pro Studio may update the pricing of Virtual Items at any time at its sole discretion and may add new Virtual Items for additional fees. Islam Pro Studio shall have no liability to you or any third party if Islam Pro Studio exercises any such rights.

You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes incurred by you or anyone using a Islam Pro Studio account registered to you. Islam Pro Studio may revise the pricing for the goods and services offered through the Service at any time. All information that you provide in connection with a purchase or transaction or other monetary transaction interaction with the Service must be accurate, complete, and current. You agree to pay all charges incurred by users of your credit card, debit card, or other payment method used in connection with a purchase or transaction or other monetary transaction interaction with the Service at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You will pay any applicable taxes, if any, relating to any such purchases, transactions, or other monetary transaction interactions.

When you make a payment or in-app purchase through our App and offered Services, all payments are in-app payments and are subject to the applicable App Store terms and privacy policy.

Refund Policy

If Islam Pro Studio suspends or terminates your use of the Service or these Terms and Conditions or you close your account voluntarily, you understand and agree that you will receive no refund or exchange of any kind, including for any unused virtual currency or other Virtual Item, any Content or data associated with your use of the Service, or for anything else.

A Promotional Code must be accepted before the applicable expiration date advertised if any. Except where prohibited by law, Islam Pro Studio reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate a Promotional Code at any time and for any reason, in which case we will not honor subsequent Promotional Code enrollments.

Duration and cancellation.

Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the Promotional Period, you will automatically become a recurring subscriber and your Islam Pro Studio subscription will continue to automatically renew for additional periods equal to the expiring subscription term unless you cancel before the end of the relevant subscription term under Islam Pro Studio’s terms and conditions. The payment method you provided will automatically be charged for the then-current subscription price. If you cancel during the Promotional Period, you will lose access to Islam Pro Studio and you understand and agree that you will receive no refund or exchange of any kind, including for any unused virtual currency or other Virtual Item, any Content or data associated with your use of the Service, or for anything else.

12. CHILDREN’S INFORMATION

Our Services are not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13 (or the age of consent as legally defined in your jurisdiction). We also do not knowingly permit such individuals to register for our Services. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under the age of 13 (or the legally required age of consent) without parental consent, we will take immediate steps to suspend the account and delete the information as quickly as possible.
